Certified Personal Training

My Story
I began my career in fitness just over 3 years ago when I became my first client.  In August of 2012 I weighed over 240 pounds and was diagnosed with stage II hypertension.  I decided it was time to start my body transformation, using diet and exercise I was able to loose 70 pounds and lower my blood pressure to 115/75 without any medication.  Using what I have learned from my own weight loss experience and by graduating with honors from the National Personal Training Institute, I have been able to help my clients achieve the body transformation they desired.
